Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions: 
  • One entry per person. Participants must be 18 or over.
  • By participating in this competition, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  • DB Schenker will not accept any responsibility if contact details provided are inaccurate or incomplete.
  • The prize is as stated, no cash prize alternative will be offered. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equivalent value without giving notice.
  • The winner will be chosen at random from all the entries made by the closing date.
  • The winner will be notified by email by the 15th of March 2022. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and to pick a replacement winner.
  • DB Schenker’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Lucky Draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. No other information will be used. This will be used solely in accordance with current [UK] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  • DB Schenker reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  • Users suspected to be cheating in any form and/or manner will be removed from the competition. 
  • DB Schenker employees are not eligible for entry into the draw.
